Before I did the standard split for roughly 4 years.

Mon = Chest
Tue = Back
Wed = Legs
Thu = Shoulders
Fri = Arms with a bit of abs.


Now I'm just doing full body Mon/Wed/Fri.

I basically just took the volume I was doing on my bro-split and split it up into 3 full body days.

Posted in another QTDDTOT thread but I guess it's dying.

Okay, I'm back. Some of you may remember me and my shitty form. I finally got those Chucks(actually had them from middle school 13 years ago and found them the other day) and I think they are helping. I'm focusing more on keeping my heels on the ground more. This is a side view. Still working on low bar form. How does it look so far? Also have front view to show how my knees look too.

a few days ago an anon said that you should do a fuck ton of reps for side lat raises in order to get popping delts.

I thought it was a meme, but today I tried 50 reps of side lat raises per set and I literally fixed my hunched posture and made a weeks worth of shoulder gains all in one workout. Some of the best advice I've gotten from /fit/.

Be consistent and don't stop training. Go on a serious cut if you consider yourself 'too big' but never quit training when your gym membership expires. Renew it.

Have you tried water fasting? If you did, how did it work out for you and how long did you last?

General info: When water fasting you do not consume anything but water for a few days. That type of fasting might be lethal if done incorrectly, but it works great for people who have a lot of fat. The goal of the fast is to put your body in ketosis so the calories your body needs are coming mostly from your fat.
