Hello /fit/ i am finished with SS and i can preform 1/2/3/4 for reps. My question now is what program should i follow for optimal muscle hypertrophy i dont care about strength anymore. I aspire to become a natrual bodybuilder. Pic related is what i have been looking at currently.

I've recently gone from a couch based lifeform to working 8 hours every weekday loading packages at UPS.

So far my biggest problem is heel-pain. After a few hours me feet will start to feel like bars of lead and it will get hard to walk. I'm going out to buy inserts for my boots but is there anything else I can do?

What about energy? Is there something specific I should be eating before I go? I'm not super overweight but I'm not used to work like this and it's starting to take it's toll.

I've also started carrying a towel with my that I use to try and keep the sweat off. Is this a bad idea?

Work it harder, three times a week. Do more isolations. Try all the chest related machines and find which you can feel in your chest the most. Go to failure on exercises that won't hurt you by doing so.
The reason most gymbros have a big chest is because they work it a fuckload.

I realize I'm wasting my life on NOTHING, but how do I actually get to work and be productive? I say the same thing every day and promise myself tomorrow will be different but I always fall into the same trap of temptation to lounge around and make no progress. Then I look at the time and 6 hours have passed where I've made literally zero progress in any direction besides aging.

well, they got harley right at least.

I just found out that a local store sells beef heart for 1€ per kilo. Since I am broke as fuck, this seems like a deal of a lifetime. But is it healthy enought or/and does it help with gains? Some information I found from a few sites say that 100g of beef heart has 24.4g of protein.

Organ meats in general are great nutrition wise. But I've never had beef heart before, I imagine it's quite tough so you'll need to cook it awhile to get soft.
Or just marinate it for awhile to make it tender.

Hi /fit/,

I have a health related issue I would like to solve.

To make a long story short:
-I have been a mouth breather during my childhood and teenage years
-/fit/ made me aware and I did efforts to switch to nose breathing.
-I could barely breath through my nose and made a lot of noise doing it.
-I had surgery (deviated septum and nasal conchae removed) to breathe better
-Surgery has improved my ability to breathe nasally, but after a couple months my nose seems congested again (it has been 3 years almost now).
-Sometimes when I lift or back when I still played playstation (weird) my nose would suddenly open up and I would feel like Tim Robbins in Shawshank Redemption after he comes out of the water during his prison escape.
-I also had one day I remember this year when I woke up with a clear nose and that was the best day I had in years.
-I went back to the doctor to get this checked out, but the only answer she gives me is that everything seems normal, my septum is straight, I should have no problems
-I have no clue what actions I can take to improve my situation.

Did any /fit/izen ever embark on a similar quest or came across similar obstacles? How did you fix this? Or how would you fix this?
