I usually listen to podcasts of MMA stuff when cutting grass though. I use an old school push lawnmower. Takes me about two hours.

Realistically, how bad is it to use a tanning bed for a few minutes every month or 2? I get free access to tanning beds at my gym, and I live in Canada so the weather is usually shit and there is rarely enough sun to actually get a good tan. Help I'm pasty af it's disgusting

Yes. Its called heat adaptation. Militaries in tropical countries do this by making their soldiers wear full battle gear and sit in the sun for an hour then two hours then evntually just spending the whole day there
