I'm inspired by Tyler 1 to drink ONLY water (and coffe heh), which means no alcohol, no juice, no sips, nothing.
Maybe, inspired by Tyler 1, I'll have an OCCASIONAL propel or otherwise lightly flavored water beverage.

Strengthen the glute medius. Do the vagina machine as well as use a hip circle and do side steps. Also glute bridges and hip thrusts. Also do RDLs and keep your feet perfectly straight ahead (not pointed out) and try to keep the weight on the lateral sides of your feet, essentially the opposite of the pic you posted.

if you have very little "muscle tissue", 25 reps at a certain poundage is going to do zero. merely try not to miss 3 days without going to the gym, and you'll be okay. and eat more.
