The difference I feel when fapping and not fapping is huge, it's night and day. The motivation and drive, I'm more social, more outgoing, more willing to take risks.

When I'm at my worst, fapping every single day, I feel lazy, drained, apathetic.

I know the general assumption when it comes to no fap is that it's all related to dopamine levels, which is definitely a factor, but I'm curious to know how much of that drive comes from sexual desire, it's definitely not just 100% dopamine related.

When I am completely "sexually" satisfied I don't want to do anything, I lose all motivation, my workouts are terrible, I'm less social and less willing to attend social events.

How much of what we do in life is because our desire to get laid?

It would be an interesting experiment, perhaps it is all just dopamine related and my hunch is wrong, but I would be interested to see the results if I was to start fapping every day again AND also take supplements that would bring my sex drive back to normal/high, if I would still suffer from that "I don't really feel like doing anything today" attitude I get when I fap every day.
