For the longest time I've been wondering who in their right mind would be stupid enough to buy connor murphys program and after watching this 12:19 of pure cringe, I now realize how much the fitness industry preys on these cringy, autistic kids that are so impressionable they will by anything. Recently i put myself to get fit and start hitting the gym, im having no problem with workout so far, in fact im liking it more then i thought i would.
The biggest problem is by far the eating part, i went to the gym nutricionist and she gave me this diet to put on some weight (skinny as fuck), eating was a pleasure in my life and i fakin loved meal time, now its every day the same shit i ate the previous day and im gettin really tired of it...

And the freakin tuna man, i swer to god if eat one more tuna can im gonna kill someone ....

If ou even need to add anything to tuna to eat it, just pick up some meat, grill it or roast it and eat that instead. 1 pound of meat has 20-30g of protein, and more fat for hormone regulation.

Has anyone tried adding pistachios/other nuts to their shakes before? Do they blend well?

Im new to this whole thing. Ive noticed that, let's say, i cant bench 200 for shit. But, if i drop the weight to 190, i can do about ten reps. What does this mean for me?

Eat more, ya dumb dingus. Also, always try and put more weight on the bar than last time, if only by a slight bit, and bench at least the same amount you did last time. Never "try out" with the same as you did last time, always put on a little tiny bit, strict form, and give it a shot. If you ate a lot and slept well between the days, you should see progress.

And finally, my biggest tip of all is this... [spoiler]Eat more fucking food you dumb bitch[/spoiler]

Just do a normal caloric deficit. Don't try to lose weight super fast or get fancy. If you're the kind of person who has to "get back into workout" you should work on establishing healthy everyday habits instead of doing an extreme unsustainable spurt of weight loss.
