Im new to this whole thing. Ive noticed that, let's say, i cant bench 200 for shit. But, if i drop the weight to 190, i can do about ten reps. What does this mean for me?
You're probably not doing a full rep or you have bad form.
70 to 80 is a way bigger jump than 190 to 200
