I lift from 21.30 - 23.00 and I'm in bed by 23.30. The sleep is soo sweet and I feel wonderful waking up. Makes IF on 1:23 also easier for me.
go to bed 7 pm wake up 12:30 am be at the gym at 1:30 am done at 3:00 am Get home 3:30 am Cook 2 chicken breast asleep by 4:30 am wake up 10: am.
My pump is gone when i wake up but i know it will be worth it in the end

What seperates a male from a female is EYE AREA.
Males typically have a stronger browridge, naturally bushier eyebrows, eye depth, and narrower eye shape.
Meanwhile, females usually have genetically thinner eyebrows, less eye depth, bigger and rounder cute/beta eyes, and USes Makeup to darken her eyelashes and eyebrows.

I've been wanting to grow a Van Dyke for a while now, so I figured now that it's the summer, I can just let it grow as much as it can, just to see if I can actually grow a beard. And after that's done, shave, and start anew for the Van Dyke. So far so good, right? Well, no. Not at all!
It's been 2 weeks now, and I have the minimum amount of... well, facial hair. My neck area is full black, but not in a neckbeard style, just lots of short hairs. The sides of my cheecks are mostly black with a gap in the middle. The chin looks almost clean shaven. The stache part is a hair above the ratstache. It has clear, actual longish hairs instead of pubs, but they're far too few. The area between the lips and cheeks is completely empty.
So what gives? Should I just give up? Or should I wait a month or so? I can't say I have the perfect diet (mostly meat & vegetables for lunch, and something light for dinner) or I work out that much, but I'm 20 now and I thought I'd be able to grow... something.
I don't care about a full beard, so I don't mind if my face doesn't fill up completely. But I want something like pic related. Do I have to change something in the diet? Work out (more)? Are the supplements just fakes? I'm in STEM, so I can't do the "/fit/ plan" in its entirety.

You might have to wait until you're 25 or so. I'm 22 now and my beard is slowly starting to fill in, still looks like shit though. I think it's going to continue to fill in over the next few years so there's hope
