Recently i put myself to get fit and start hitting the gym, im having no problem with workout so far, in fact im liking it more then i thought i would.
The biggest problem is by far the eating part, i went to the gym nutricionist and she gave me this diet to put on some weight (skinny as fuck), eating was a pleasure in my life and i fakin loved meal time, now its every day the same shit i ate the previous day and im gettin really tired of it...

Change it up. Get a calorie counter like MyFitnessPal and go shopping.

If ou even need to add anything to tuna to eat it, just pick up some meat, grill it or roast it and eat that instead. 1 pound of meat has 20-30g of protein, and more fat for hormone regulation.
