Just do a normal caloric deficit. Don't try to lose weight super fast or get fancy. If you're the kind of person who has to "get back into workout" you should work on establishing healthy everyday habits instead of doing an extreme unsustainable spurt of weight loss.

It's honestly not much fat and the reason behing going keno was to be lean again. I just haven't tried it and you can never know from all the shills for literally everything.
