Was doing curls with my right arm and while doing so I got a sharp pain in the left side of my back and now I can hardly move without a sharp upper back pain around my shoulder blade. What did I do to myself? I just got over a pulled muscle in my butt and if I pulled another muscle I'm gonna murder everyone in my city, will this go away fast? Should I continue my workout?

These piece of equipment is a god damned miracle. For the first time in my life I've been able to work my whole posterior chain at once, pain free and I've tried everything -- RDL's, Trap Bar everything, Jefferson Deadlift, bb Hack Squat, db Deadlifts of all kinds, KB swings, band pull throughs, Good Mornings, Sumo and Convenrional Deadlifts, Rack Pulls of every variation, one legged of every variation and ROM, etc. My lower back doesn't round, either. I've recorded myself and I've done a rack pull with such short rom and a belt rapped so tightly my lower back couldn't round if it wanted to and still got lower back pain.
This piece of equipment fries the fuck outta my posterior chain, it works perfectly with bands and lower back doesn't hurt after it. I'm never deadlifting again. All hail the hyper.

I tried a makeshift setup but could never get it right so I just bought a cheap fold up one for home use. Using bands with it makes all the difference. With bands I can make my muscles contract as hard as they possibly can.
I tried /fit/. I really did. But it's clear now that some unfortunate people like me were never meant to make it. Almost considering killing myself at this point. I'm a very low test weak faggot. I've struggled with getting my squat up for the longest time. Time and time again I kept injuring something that would prevent me from squatting. I was finally getting some momentum going. I finally after years of lifting managed to reach a 2pl8 squat. And now, the very fucking NEXT squat workout I blow my knee out just from the warmup. It's just not fair. I have friends who would do 2pl8 for meme reps after 2 months of training while I've been trying to hit this for a 5rep single for YEARS.
I'm no oracle but this has to be the clearest sign I've ever received from any deity. I'm not destined to ever be strong. I was born to be a weak cog of society who would eat shit and die. I'm sorry for wasting your time but I really just needed someone to hear me out before I cancel my gym membership. This just isn't my thing anymore.

Unless you have a serious disease, all you have to do is eat more.
Check with your doctor. You may be an outliner, but it is physically impossible for a healthy human not to gain weight when eating a surplus.
Now I'll have to admit; I'm a little biased towards ballet as I was a ballet dancer for four years. However, the gains I received from it were beyond anything I could imagine. My legs were incredibly strong and powerful, and as a bonus, the shape of you muscle made me cum buckets just from admiring my legs, so I very much recommend ballet exercise if you're trying to get leg gains.

What exercises can I do at home?
Dancing has really transformed my cardio game and also my social skills. However I don't do any "real" dancing style I just go to raves and fling my body around for 8 hours. I pretty much don't get tired anymore and my calves, quads and hammies are much prettier. Just make sure you eat and drink a lot so you don't look like a druggie skeleton after (I usually lose 10 lbs in water weight after and I only weigh 190)
