Started three days ago. My objective is to have stronger erections. Controlling when I cum would be nice as well.

So far I'm only doing three times a day the following:
>5s of Kegels, 10s of relax, 5s of Reverse Kegels, 10so f Relax, repeat 10 times

I'm a beginner and I'm scared of fucking up my peepee or peeing blood like some folks say on the internet.

What are your routines? Any recommendation on changing mine? Do I progress slowly, and if so, what amount of seconds should I aim for while holding the kegels? How much longer should I do them before I start feeling results?

Hey /fit/, got this problem.

I started working out in earnest about a week ago now and about halfway through, I started to develop very painful hemorrhoids.
This isn't the first time this has happened, as I used to work a cooking job which was very stressful and physically demanding, but at the time, I figured it was just the stress, though now I know it’s probably the latter, since life is relatively stress-free right now.

So, my question boils down to: Is there anything I can actually do about this? Am I going at it too hard for someone predisposed to these flare-ups? My doctor is basically useless and tells me to just keep using PrepH on it (which I’d been doing since Day 1) and if it gets infected or worse, to call him.

Basic facts for those willing to help:
Diet is relatively normal: I have a somewhat light breakfast of eggs and fruit, then gym, followed by protein shake. For lunch usually a burger w/salad or a steak w/greens. Dinner is usually something heartier, like a stew or something. Forgive the pleb diet, I’m pretty new to /fit/, as you can tell.

For actual exercise, I pretty much follow this on M/W/F:

In addition, I spend Tuesdays/Thursdays and most warmups on cardio.

Tbh, squatting is a lot better for me, but I have a roommate who's currently bigger than me, and I would live a life of ridicule for owning a squatting stool. Also, no room in my closet of a bathroom.

Love ultimately depends on aesthetic. Frivolity is important too, however I consider this obeys the rules of aesthetics. It has to be aesthetic to be considered genuine and genuine to be considered aesthetic. This appearance of genuineness is what attracts people to one another.
This is why I can still be a person with favorable traits (handsome, fit, wealthy, confident), but without pleasing to generic aesthetic I will never, and have never found love. It's interesting that the more effort I put into being more competent, that without aesthetic, I will only become more susceptible to experience additional loathsomeness. Remaining in the comfortzone, enslaved to habits, loneliness, low confidence, obedience, acceptance to denial, would save me a lot of trouble if my goal had been to find love through self improvement.
You don't need any quality if you are aesthetically pleasing and/or frivolous in nature. These are the only ingredients needed to find and foster love. This is why utter mongrels with shit genes, poor hygiene, and low intelligence, get laid with anyone, while an intelligent, strong man such as myself is intently avoided.
Love has no mystery.

You get it wrong, being aesthethic only boost your confidence because you respect yourself, because you know the hard work you are putting on it. So all the negative thoughs are more simple to eliminate. Is like when you apply for some permit, you bring papers that proves that you have done the requirments, you can lie, but having the papers is more dificult to do it.

appearances might make you impressionable and can get you some mainly social gratification. With current social norms dwindling whatever you achieve on a personal level it becomes even harder to be impressionable when you're not into sluttiness/ a slut yourself.

this all can get you places however you can still fail to appeal on a social, interactive level, even if you have a promising physique/characteristic.

This is what I've tried to say, implying that interactive aesthetic (chadness) is needed to find love, not physical attraction. Even the latter is difficult if you're not easygoing. The fact that you're a still disappointment is not making the process of continuing to become more fit easier, now that I know people start noticing I work out and still I don't seem able to connect with anyone.

This seems to define my existence, and becoming stronger means I get to experience this essence of me better, instead of going back to my unstable risky old self, not caring about fuck all.

I guess I didn't know what to expect getting better and achieving relative success, which was actually my only goal. I just find out there is no use expecting to magically change everything. I'll still be an oblivious autist with unanswered wants.

When calculating 2 grams of protein for every 2 kg of mass... should we use the lean mass weight or the total body weight?

yeah, i get this shit too.

15-25 rep shrugs with a very low weight dumbbell (like 10-15 pounds) and then do a quick warm up with that same dumbbell with a static angle at your elbow (as in only movement through the shoulders.)

i do the overhead press with 50 lb dumbbells, progressing into 65 or 70s, and i've noticed that i can reduce the pain/risk of injury when i get my shoulders ready this way.

Why the fuck do my legs itch when I run /fit/? I've tried moisturizing, exfoliating and wearing different fabrics, but after a couple minutes of jogging I itch like I have hives (my skin doesn't look any different than usual though). I sometimes even get it when walking for a while!
