How do I get this body?

Play Warcraft III to find out
>be born from the nattiest clan
>be raised as a gladiator since childhood
>no parents
>escape and singlehandedly free your entire race from concentration camps
>challenge the former leader (ogrim doomhammer, known for killing the greatest human general/warrior in history in 1v1 combat) and best him
>you're entire race was drugged with demon blood and are now in withdrawal and it's the equivalent of trying to raise an army out of ex smack users
>the very elements have a conscious and they fucking hate your guts so you need to find a way to commune and diplomatically fix the ties you have.
>save and ally with 2 of the most hardcore and real races (tauren and trolls) by performing challenges for them.
>watch brother die.
>build a city where all are equal and welcome.
That's all really.

How do i get this level of muscular development
Is this achievable natty for homo sapiens?
only if you're black
>>42216947
But this chimp is clearly of light pigment
easy, this is natty: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR7zyt_4TmE
Where do you guys lift when traveling? Can you pay one time fees at gyms to workout? I'm going on a vacation and don't want to lose muh gains
>>42216929
just do calisthenics
>>42216978
Why is there really no option? I'm a beginner and I hate missing days because of how much more relative progress is made at the beginning stages
>>42216929
Get some resistance bands to incorporate into calisthenics.
This video goes over the basics of it:

Is 200 pushups a day really the way to get strong?
Strong enough to lift yourself up 200 times.

Bodyweight won't improve heavy lifts much
Practice like you play, as they say
>bragging about how much weight you can leg press
>curls in the power rack
Please fuck off if you ever do this. There are bars like pic related, you aren't hardcore and you just piss off people who actually know what they're doing
>>42216754
I know exactly what I'm doing and who I'm pissing off. I'll keep curling in your squat rack while you get frustrated and walk around staring at your phone.
>>42216754
I also hate when people OHP less than 100lbs in the squat rack.
Is it more important to count calories or carbs, or both, if I want to lose five to ten pounds of body fat?

Is this the most cringe-worthy fitness idea ever conceived?
No, /fit/ is
If anybody has any tips or advice for someone who wants to get into calisthenics and do it regularly I would appreciate
thanks

You want to train hard with more difficult movements as time goes by. If you can you could incorporate weighted exercises as well for additional challenge.
I mainly train with bodyweight but I have a few sandbags which I use for pull ups and dips.
When I do squats or any weight-bearing bend exercise, my right knee hurts to the point where I need to stop. Weirdly, this also happens whenever I go bowling. It feels like the tendon that goes over my kneecap is about to snap.
Any ideas if a particular type of knee brace would help with this, or do I need surgery? Or should I commit suicide?
Hey guys I just started lifting and am on a push pull program. When i raise my arms directly up i get pain in the shoulder and armpit area. I was wondering if this is normal for a newbie because im also very sore. thanks anon!
self bump
Yes it's normal. Yes it goes away. If it get too bad, then do legs or something. Keep lifting.
Hey, I've been lifting for like 8 weeks now, and I almost never get sore. About 4 weeks ago I thought I needed to up the intensity of my workouts, so I really push myself, but I'm still not getting sore and feel like I can work out every day. Am I not working out hard enough?
Hey /fit/ Im 21 years old and i weigh 125 lbs. and im about 6ft even. I also have a really fucking high metabolism so gaining weight is a real challenge. Any tips on how i can tone up or am i doomed to be a twig forever
Pic kinda related, looks kinda like me
>inb4 read the sticky
pick a program and stick with it, if you're a beginner you'll get good gains regardless
high metabolisms really only count for 100 calories. if you want to gain weight, plug your details into this http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ and make sure you reach the prescribed calories.
get 8 hours of sleep
now go read the sticky
i was like you once
you actually don't know how much you need to eat until you start tracking your calories.
Here is my advice. I dirty bulked from 135 lbs to 188 lbs. i was skinny fat as shit at 6'1
figure out your maintenance and add 300 calories to that. get on a beginner program and read the fucking sticky too
trust me. you don't eat as much as you think you do
2 months ago I was like you. 6'2", 60kg. Thought I ate plenty.
Then I started tracking my calories and actually ate three full meals every single day, and about half a litre of milk.
2 months later I've gained 7kg.
Your body doesn't magically deny thermodynamics, you don't eat enough.
