>driving home after arm day
>>42262675
Hours a little too bad for a long day because it has a little too small but I don't think it would make me feel better.
>Driving to the gym
Get a bike hombre
>having an arm day
Why is my progression so shitty? Doing sl5x5 and on my pushing excersizes i usually take 2 sessions to increase by 5 lbs but I'm only at 90 oho and 130 bench. I eat 3000-3500 a day and 7-8 hours of sleep.
>>42262608
could be any number of things
you need to be more specific
>>42262745
What do I need to be more specific about?
>>42262608
Sounds pretty normal to me. The gains promised by SL 5x5 are pretty unrealistic for most people.
What does /fit/ think of Pavel and Kettlebell exercises? Real shit or just a meme designed to get you to buy more equipment?
>>42262460
Does he even lift
Rack pulls above the knee you fag
>>42262460
I've used his kettlebell methodology for a lot my time. It's good shit for conditioning.
>>42262478
He can deadlift 500lbs
>>42262460
Kettlebells are awesome for conditioning and handy to take somewhere with you if you are on the move and still want to workout away from the gym. Not the be all and end all but a useful tool.
What would your life be like if /fit/ didn't exist? Do you think this place does more harm than good?
Literally the same since I'm not a faggot
>>42262310
I'd probably still be fucking around on r/fitness and living meme to meme. I'd say overall /fit/ has helped my fitness a bit and realistically if you're letting people here (or anywhere online) impact you in any way but the way you're looking for help with you should really not be spending time here
I'd probably be more confident instead of comparing every aspect of my life to the mythical "Chad"
I've been doing heavy rack pulls now for more than a month. I don't know exactly what it does to my body but it feels so good. I noticed my forearms got thicker, and my traps got a bit bigger.
Does anyone else here do rack pulls? What muscles does it actually work?
Pic unrelated
>>42262120
About a quarter of the muscles deadlifts work. Probably just traps, forearms, and a little bit of glutes i guess.
>>42262120
Those look more like sock pu-
>Pic unrelated
...nevermind.
>>42262120
It's still working your hips (glutes, with hamstrings to a lesser extent), but you're able to put more weight on them than a conventional deadlift, so the supporting muscles are able to get more benefit:
>lower traps
>forearms
>lower back
>abdominals
my farts can kill an elephent my niggas how to fix this shit /fit/ you didn't tell me this would happen
>>42261781
Probiotics
>>42261794
any side effects? also my shit stinks very much, will that help?
>>42261811
Organic sauerkraut and greek yogurt
How big can shoulders generally get naturally?
It honestly feels like other than for strength you might as well not train shoulders as a natty because they NEVER look any different even with years of training and yet for roiders they blow the hell up - where roiding women have much more shoulder definition and size than natty men lifting for over 5 years.
Feeling largely demotivated here as shoulders are the most manly and best looking bodypart but don't grow for shit.
My shoulders were noticeably bigger after a month of lifting. Do low-weight, high-rep lateral raises 3+ times per week. (face pulls for rear delts , and OHP or arnold press from front delts wouldn't hurt either)
>>42261755
is dumbbell press okay or does it have to be barbell
well?
I can't stop thinking about him.
Sorry, new to /fit/ i know hes some sort of internet celebrity but how did he die?
Me either OP :( I miss him
roided too hard
>inb4 heart defect
Its an ancient Japanese secret to get the ultimate bulk.
>>42261526
How to go Sumomode?
>>42261526
I make chankonabe occasionally. Really easy to make and not even bad for you, sumo just eat a lot of it.
>>42261526
That's not hotpot our kid, pic related is proper hotpot.
>fucking help me
need to lower blood pressure for physical which is two weeks away
if i dont lower it i cant play football and team will be livid
what do /fit/? its currently 153/70
Cardio fish oil and clean foods like chicken and rice
>>42261507
Eat bananas, get some potassium, stay away from sodium.
>>42261507
Yeah I have bad news. You don't get to eat processed food anymore. Almost everything in a package or can that tastes good is loaded with salt. Even Condiments like salsa and ketchup have a shit load of sodium in them. Get rid of that garbage and you'll get your bp in check.

Got the red leistungs today. Exited to try them tomorrow. Feel lighter than the adipowers. And they fit tighter as well. I think I will be more stable with tthem.
let's keep it going y'all
Serious question:
If milk is so bad for you, then why does literally every government health department recommend it as a diet staple?
Government agencies can be easily swayed by large corporations and industries, I wouldn't be surprised if big dairy had some sort of influence on what is and isn't considered "healthy"
That being said, I drink milk every day with my whey and believe it to be critical in my bulking process, despite the intolerable farts it produces.
>>42261024
Because it's not, it's a great source of calcium, fat and protein
>>42261082
What would governments get out of being swayed though? What's in it for them?
Why aren't you 60 years old, jacked, and fucking a 20 year old qt?
>>42260827
Cause I'm not 60 years old, faggot.
That woman is not 20.
>>42260827
because I'm 20 years old fucking a -20 year old qt. I'll be there in 40 years.
