5'9" 132 pounds bench 145. Recommended routine for gaining mass? Any protein supplements or diets for getting a good lvl of protein?

Chest is 37 waist is 28.5. Biceps only 13 ,-,
You weigh nothing and you have a poverty bench

Who here /barrel chested/?
What are our ideal physiques?
>5'7
>barrel chest
>small frame (<6" wrists and pathetic forearms and arms because of small bones)
my chest is as big as some of the juiced up freaks at my gym while my arms look pathetic as fuck. ir looks ridiculous and always will
Every day i spend here i discover a new thing wrong with my body that can never be cured and sink deeper into depression, thanks /fit/
>>42269019
I'm kinda same. Not that tall, 5'9, small wrists and appendages, but a chest and shoulder area that always looks big
/fit/ BTFO
>implying /fit/ lifts strenuously
99% of the people are on their first 3 months of SS here
>mfw men who lift aren't real men
>just "workout" bro
As we all know, the lower the reps, the more weight can be used. As the number of reps approaches zero, the max weight becomes infinite. So theoretically, if you only did sets of zero reps of an exercise (like the squat for example), you could use infinite amounts of weight and gain muscle much faster than on a conventional program.
The rep scheme could look something like this:
Day A:
Squat 3x0 infinite weight
Deadlift 3x0 infinite weight
Bench 3x0 infinite weight
Day B:
Squat 3x0 infinite weight
Deadlift 3x0 infinite weight
Press 3x0 infinite weight
You could also throw in some assistance exercises with the same amount of reps and weight. Add to that a copious amount of food and you would gain mass very fast.
how can you do repetitions with nothing

Clearly you don't understand maths. Look up series limits.

>tfw my gym has no 0 plates
I'm not gonna make it, am I?

Dat bulk though.
Has anyone gotten any weird stares from doing direct neck training at the gym?
>>42268635
Do neck training at home if it bothers you so much.
>>42268635
These pictures trigger me so fucking hard
Shop a skinny guy with a thicker neck, don't shop a lifter with a skinny neck. That's fucking retarded.
How long has this guy been working out for? and what are the chances of somebody having such shitty genetics as his?
>>42268392
My genetics are even more shit
>>42268392
or maybe he doesn't lie about being natty
>>42268392
by normie standards he looks good and is actually natty, so I can't hate him
173cm 66kg, around 18-20% BF. Been doing the program "Fierce 5 full body" for awhile. Cut or bulk? Been on 2350 calories per day for a week or two and think my weight is going down according to the scale. Thank you bruhs
Attached are pics when relaxed.
brah just stop

You look like a little kid, but keep cutting since you're still skinnyfat.
Would spending time each day slav squatting help with flexibility and translate to greater weighted squat mobility?
I had to reduce my babby squat weight from 92.5kg to 60kg because I finally recorded myself and my form was complete and utter shit.
I'm wondering how I can feel more comfortable with going below parallel.
Pic related, screencap of my squat today. Before I wasn't even hitting parallel and my knees were like half a foot in front of my toes.
>>42268147
One plate... Yeh babe, stay in the kitchen from now on and try not to hurt yourself... Yes the knives are sharp just hurry up and make me a sandwich woman... Stupid whore.
Stretch and foam roll
>>42268147
Why not go full ass to grass instead of parallel?
If you're not competing, then going bellow parallel would just make things easier imo, since you know you're hitting the right depth each time your hams touch your calves.
If you're planning to compete in PL why not do lowbar squats, those are easier to do for parallel imo.
And yes, doing feet flat on the ground while knees open squat stretches everyday might help.
Do some mobility work though.
Yesterday was my first day back at the gym, so of course this time I plan on being serious and sticking with it (I hope).
Should i get straight into something like this:
Day 1 -Chest and Triceps
Day 2 - Back and Biceps
Day 3 - Shoulders and Legs
Or should I try to do a little bit of everything for a couple weeks then switch to a more set schedule?
Any advice and motivation will be appreciated. I want to start feeling the pain.
Do whatever you want you'll stop going in a couple months anyway.
>>42268040
Thanks for the motivation. I'm motivated to be able to drop faggots like you to the ground so very much appreciated.
>>42267969
You have already failed. You are hoping you are going to stick with.
Either do it or don't. None of this BS Hope nonsense. you either will or won't.
Nut up buttercup.
I fell for the "you don't need to work abs" meme and I haven't done direct ab work for 1.5 years of lifting. I cut hard recently and look silly because literally NO abs but I bulked for over a year.
Can someone recommend a full abdominal routine and some good literature explaining everything I need to know in order to develop my abs and have them catch up to the rest of my body?
Thanks.
Green also leg raises and ab wheel
Double dose red pill.
I never really directly work abs. I feel that deadlifts and squats are enough.
>>42267851
Double dose of green for sure
Lets settle this once and for all: are abs really just low bf%? How much of a role do genetics or core exercises play a role in having a visible six-pack?
>how much of a role
>play a role
Sorry for retard sentence structure, I fucc'd up
>>42267751
are you retared?
>>42267803
Elaborate
>shuffle into gym
>"WE THA BEST MUSIC"
¡¡¡PASEEETO PASEEETO SUBA SUBA SEEEETO!!!
Yeah what the fuck. It's ~~~current year~~~ why do gyms still play music over the speakers. Everyone has their own headphones so they can listen to their own shitty music. I hate trying to listen to my music and compete with the shitty techno and maroon 5 my gym has decided is the best music to listen to while going 2 mph on the treadmill.
>>42267890
Try being normal once in a while anon
>military press is the best shoulder exercise for big delts
Is this the worst lie spread on /fit/?
yeah because push press is
>>42267433
>neglects side delts
>neglects rear delts
Yeah no.
>>42267415
It's still good for something though right?
How do I fix this shit?
>>42267278
