I know that feel OP. Sleep 8 hours a day. Don't fap. Don't watch porn. Workout vigorously. Eat clean. Take fishoil/magnesium/zinc. I still feel like I've been hit by a bus constantly and practically have no internal monologue. It's like I'm entirely mentally passive and retarded.
