Why is my progression so shitty? Doing sl5x5 and on my pushing excersizes i usually take 2 sessions to increase by 5 lbs but I'm only at 90 oho and 130 bench. I eat 3000-3500 a day and 7-8 hours of sleep.

You can just do the lower body work from a more advanced program while doing your regular SS upper body work. Or you can do more upper body work and just maintain lower body for now.
