I'm in this crossfit type of deal. It makes me want to hurl when I get winded from lifts and retarded cardio lifting. I'm not fully winded when I want to hurl, as I can do cardio without puking. My muscles don't fail but I have to pace myself by how bad I want to hurl. I've had luck eating 5 hours before and died eating at 3 hours and not at all. Thats what I remember at least. Is it just a seperate barrier to train through? Should I vape some weed before the workout? Does nicotine vaping cause this? How do I not puke?

What does /fit/ think of nudism?

To be honest the parts of my body I was always embarrassed about were my skinny arms, legs, and torso, plus my white pasty skin. I would never have had a problem with people seeing my dick - perhaps the only bit of me I wasn't embarrassed about.

Now I'm pretty well built and have a good tan, I'm wondering about nudism?

I don't mean being a part of some weird club with fat people in their 50s and kids running about, I just mean when on holiday.

I'm in Ibiza next week and I know there's a few adult only nudist beaches. A lot of gays (doesn't personally bother me unless they try to touch me up) but it would still be good to experience it.

Thoughts? Anyone done it before or after getting ripped?

I'm cutting again and the hardest part is the late night hunger at the end of the day. I'm done with my food intake and having nothing else to do in the evening makes me want to just clock out and get some extra sleep (also not have to worry about hunger if I'm already asleep). Plus sleeping for more hours is always good for muscle recovery.

Would it be a problem to take Advil PM or some other sleep aid to sleep? I spoke with someone about it at the gym and he said so long as I don't over do it and drink lots of water (I do) then I'll be fine. But after doing some research I read that it apparently slows down your muscle recovery.

So sleeping aids? Yeah or nah?

I went to get my blood checked around 5-6 months ago, and found out I had really low test. I'm 22, and a good BMI. She gave me DHEA, Dim Avail, to help increase but I still feel lethargic, and have terrible brain fog. Do you think I should take a product like pic related? Does it work? Also is the fap, decreases test a meme?

Hey guys I typically head down to chuck e cheeses with my cousins after work and we play ski ball for a few hours every night. Since I'm left handed I've noticed that I'm imbalanced on the left side of my body, what kind of lifts could i do in my free time to remedy this?

I did dumbell pullovers for the first time 2 days ago, I got a good stretch Alon with deep breathing. My rib cage was wider than my hips temporarily. Today I wake up my hips are wider or equal to he width of my rib cage.

Is this rib cage expansion stuff temporary?
I'm planning to do them every workout so twice a week.

I also heard dead hangs can expand shoulder girdle,

I'm not in my twenties so hopefully my bones haven't oaaified.

This may be bro science but many products bodybuilders believe in this, some misc faggots also agree

Thoughts on this /fit/?
Is this temporary expansion or can it be permanent with consistency?

How to get massive legs?
I have incredibly skinny legs, they look like two bones sticking out of my torso and i need to put on some serious muscle mass. I've been training for the past 4 months but I need to step up my workouts.
How should I approach this?
How many times a week should I workout? Should I do cardio on the off days? Would running/jogging affect muscle growth? Should I do high reps low weight or vice versa?

@ 6'0 200lb bodyweight. For a couple weeks I dial down the weights, up the reps, add in an extra 2 days more cardio, eat slightly more carbs, and now I struggle with front squatting 225.

Why did the gains goblins get me? How the fuck am I supposed to fuck a crossfit qt if I can't front squat 300+?

I think if you're doing it the same day prior to lifting it could, I'm not as strong as you but I know when i used to row crew in the mornings trying to work legs that evening was always a horrible experience
