Question about rows

So I've been doing rows using one arm at a time, like training one side at a time.

Is it bad for my spine or something? or should i just make sure not to twist and rotate when i pull back?

I've been working on my pecs but dont like the shape of them. They are symmetrical but are far too small in some areas. I found this infographic online but I'm not sure if it's real.
Has this worked for anyone? How do I target the specific parts of the muscle to enlarge some of the smaller parts? Or, is it just genetics?

Looking for some med fags. I had my thyroid removed and I'm on meds for my thyroid hormone. Below are my T4 and T3. I'm looking to lose weight right now but I need to know if numbers below are holding me back. Seeing my doctor tomorrow to discuss results below.

Who else /shift worker/ here?

I only lift after a morning shift, once per rotation. That means only once per week. Any more would deplete me since the work is very physical.

I know how ypu feel OP. I drive big rigs for a package company. One day I can start at 10 a.m. and tge next at 9 p.m. My start times change every week. I have benchpress on my pato, but most days I can't muster the strength to workout cause I'm way too tired.
