I've been working on my pecs but dont like the shape of them. They are symmetrical but are far too small in some areas. I found this infographic online but I'm not sure if it's real.
Has this worked for anyone? How do I target the specific parts of the muscle to enlarge some of the smaller parts? Or, is it just genetics?

ever hear how you can work the upper inner part of the front delt? Me neither because its all made up and there is nothing to back the whole specific 'how to work a very specific area of amuscle '. You cant change where the muscle connects to the bone
