I've been working on my pecs but dont like the shape of them. They are symmetrical but are far too small in some areas. I found this infographic online but I'm not sure if it's real.
Has this worked for anyone? How do I target the specific parts of the muscle to enlarge some of the smaller parts? Or, is it just genetics?
