Who else /shift worker/ here?

I only lift after a morning shift, once per rotation. That means only once per week. Any more would deplete me since the work is very physical.
I know how ypu feel OP. I drive big rigs for a package company. One day I can start at 10 a.m. and tge next at 9 p.m. My start times change every week. I have benchpress on my pato, but most days I can't muster the strength to workout cause I'm way too tired.

Shift 5 days work 3days off? Do the first free day heavy fullbody and do last free day extreme amount of hypertrophy. Get a pullupbar for your home and do some gpp at home on workdays.
