gonna take 5mg of nitrazepam tonight lads, hopefully i finally sleep more than 4 hours for the first time in a month.

and yes i tried melatonin, valerian, etc etc. none of it worked

will this fuck up my gains? surely it can't be worse than being chronically sleep deprived

Get Mirtazapine instead. It's non addictive, cheap, puts you to sleep in 45-60minutes, and is great if you're trying to bulk as you'll get crazy hungry just before the drug kicks in.

you do an exercise that is almost entirely front delts (as far as shoulder involvement), and you are surprised you have poor side/rear delts?

do lateral raises and rear delt raises with high volume, do it 2-3x a week

started getting it this week, its mild atm doesn't get stuck completely but i feel the pop when i bend my ring finger back and forth. i think lat pulldowns and barbell curls mostly caused the inflammation. Don't want it to get worse so debating not lifting until it hopefully recovers but idk how long that will fuckin take

How close is your gym /fit/ and how do you commute there?

I used to go to two different gyms, one at my college which was free and another massive gym which was good but was too busy. Both I either needed to get the train or cycle to

I want to get big, but am scared of overeating. Over the last year I have cleaned up my diet and have seen results. Should I be afraid of overeating if the meals I'm eating are high in protein? I am aware of calories in versus calories out, but was wondering if a lean bulk was achievable?

Has anyone delt with one before?

I had one when I was in second grade and it runs in my family. I think I have one, but I cant find the lump and it is not painful, but uncomfortably like what I felt in second grade and in the same area.
