I've lost about 110 pounds over a year, went from 330 to 220 (current weight), yet I feel like I look to be around 30% body fat still or more on visual assumption. Is that even possible to hate 66 pounds of fat in a 220 pound body?
Could it be that I'm just "stretched" from when I was obese?

/fit/, I absolutely love milk, I'm a recovering skelly attempting to bulk, and have been pretty successful so far with gaining weight. The problem is my entire diet is supplemented with milk basically. I'm not an big eater really, I don't really care about food, and am very lazy to cook a absolute fuck ton of food everyday. I weigh everything I eat and count every calorie, but I can't seem to get enough without drinking milk.
What are some other calorie dense foods that I can consume to get easy calories? Is it even possible without milk? Especially with being somewhat broke and in college? I have no real problems with anything taste wise, I like most all things. I only really eat chicken/beef and fruits/veggies, and its very difficult for me to eat 3300 calories of that everyday. I also try to eat a lot of nuts but after like 2 servings they're just too damn dry and hard to eat.

Well not in the sense of your image, what she's getting at is targeting stabilizer muscles like what you'd do in physical therapy.
TUT routines are fine. You'll have to lower the weight but if you do 2 seconds on both the concentric and eccentric movements on say, a tricep pushdown, with strict form, then your tris will probably blow up.
That said, you do that a while, then you should probably lift heavy and then when you can lift heavier do more volume, slow and controlled...

How much should I rest between workouts? I can go every day and push thru the doms but I've heard it's bad for recovery.
