I feel kinda bad for him too. I suggested we invite him but at least two people said they wouldn't come if he did, and I don't exactly want to spend a full vacation with him screeching and yelling and being a dick to everyone.

Try to make it about him. Not about you guys going without him. It's obvious something's going on, so maybe insist he take time to take care of himself. Try to reassure him that you guys care about him and want what's best. Maybe even hint that he's not the same person and that collectively as a group, you guys have noticed. That way it won't sound mean but more of a helping hand. You could even try saying that the concern is that he wouldn't have as much fun as the rest of you guys.

sorry that was kind of blunt, maybe you start by having him cut out processed foods and stick to raw food and preparing his own meals. If he doesn't want to do that, that's where my cynicism comes from.

I had to see a therapist to even get diagnosed in the first place. It didn't really help. I can't afford it anymore anyway.

I've tried that. No one particularly wants to hear, and even if they do it just makes you feel horrible to go over bad memories.

I currently use music, drugs, food, and masturbation to cope at the moment. I've been trying to replace food with exercise though.

wanted to write this answer for you on /b/ but the thread timed out. If by some amazing conicidence it wasn't you posting almost exact same topic with the same picture, ignore this:
if you play the lottery and expect to win, you are 1: clinically verifiable mentally challenged
2: gonna be dissapointed every week for a long time (unless you are that 1 in a million, which we will assume you aren't, for the sake of this argument)

If you play and don't expect to win (which some people do for legitimate reasons i do not care to explain right now) you don't get dissapointed every week, you confirm your prediction you won't win and feel good about yourself for not thinking you will win, and you might win a small pot like 200$ or something and it's gonna make your day.

People can only be mean to you if you show yourself to them.
I know hiding yourself from people isn't great either, but it's better then being depressed how shitty people can be.
And when you recognize the right person, slowly open up. you might end up with an amazing friend. sure worked for me.
