Right lads, I feel like absolute wank.

Backstory: My sister treats me like absolute shit, I finally lost patience and told her that i'll cut her off as soon as I get the opportunity.

My dad came home from a holiday today and asked me why I fell out with my sister, I started explaining it to him and he told me to stop. I was wound up as fuck so I kept going 'she treats me like an inconvenience not a brother etc'. Eventually my dad says 'cut her off from what exactly', so I flip out because he was obviously implying I wouldn't amount to anything, he backtracks and says thats not what he meant. At this point i'm absolutely raging but trying to remain calm, but I keep arguing because I feel a rage inside me, my dad starts getting in my face trying to intimidate me. Now he's threatening to kick me out and i'm sat in my room just feeling like pure shit. What should I do?

P.s I genuinely don't like my sister she's a pure cunt.
P.p.s My dad used to kick the shit out of me when I was young. Not as a punishment but out of anger. I remember once he'd asked me to brush my teeth and I'd said 'no' so he forced me and I got all upset and said 'this is the worst birthday ever', so he ran upstairs and threw me across the hallway and kicked me when I was on the floor, my sister came in the room and told me to stop crying because she couldn't sleep.

I was out delivering pizza around 4:30 in the afternoon. This address has given me trouble before. So once I accepted the delivery, I went on my way.

I drive around the "area" where my GPS tells me the address is located. I find the mailbox and walk up to the door. I knock "Popa John's" No answer. I walk back to my car, parked on the street. I call the customer, the phone goes straight to voicemail after one ring. I leave her a message "Hello, this is Jacob from Popa John's in {censored due to privacy reasons} I'm trying to find your address. Call me back at {censored} Thanks!" As soon as I get done off the phone, to guys show up in a late model Honda accord and tell me the people at the place I parked at, there cousins, aren't there. I respond. "Thanks guys, I got it taken care of." The passenger responds "Were just trying to help you." I respond. "I don't need help, thanks. He says "Were just trying to help you, they aren't there." I respond. "I got it taken care of, now GO!" as I point towards the road. The passenger then mumbles under his breath and calls me a expletive. I'm standing by the driver's side door of my car now and as he drives by he pulls out a handgun and waves it at me from the passenger window. I then put my hands up and freeze as he parks the car behind mine and walks up to my face and yells at me to get my stuff. I drive off.

As I'm driving, the customer responds to the message I tell her someone has pulled a gun on me. She then proceeds to call the store.

I park the car at a fire station and proceed to panic attack.

I'm not sure how I could've handled this differently. I'm in a mild panic now. Not sure what to do.

I've recently turned 18 and haven't got long left before I'm enlisted in the armed forces (by choice)

I feel like my youth was really wasted and kinda wanna get drunk, laid and party for a little while before going into the air force.

I met this guy about a year ago, and we really hit off. He was nice and we played a lot of the same video games. However we hate each other's music and the anime we watch.
