For realsies? Like I said, this has only happened to me maybe 3-4 times in my entire life, and the last time was when I was about 6 years old.
Isn't torsion supposed to be extremely painful? I don't feel any pain at all.

Bump. It didn't happen when I slept last night, although I have been feeling a strange sensation down there for a while now. It almost feels like it's getting bigger. Still no pain.
I'll give it a few more days, and if it doesn't get better, I'll see a GP.

I can't go to a urologist, but I will make an appointment with a GP later if it doesn't go away on its own. The reason I'm waiting is because this has happened before and I haven't had any noticeable heath effects.
