Assuming that you're both competent adults without emotional disturbances that are being exacerbated by this relationship, I don't see there being a moral problem so long as you don't have children with her.

If either of you want children, that complicates things significantly. Genetic testing can give you an idea of possible risks and issues you may be facing, but I feel like sibling incest in breeding is not a good idea.

Hi OP. I was in a similar position with my older sister. We decided to move across the country and just told people there we were married. It's been 4 years since we've done it and nothing bad has come from it. We also both want kids but realize that would be unfair to them.

I'm going to have to agree with the previous comments. Sure you do you, who am I to judge, but don't reproduce with your sister unless you want severely deformed and potentially nonviable offspring. I'm not sure where you live (assuming America?), but here in Europe there are several clinics that specialise in finding sperm donors for single women, so maybe look in to one of those near you? It's a lot cheaper than adoption, and the child would still be genetically similar to you... both of you... please don't knock up your sister.
