Oneshot isn't full of ironic meme humor and lol anime references. It has a simple story to tell and does it with respectable amount of integrity. Not too melodramatic nor does it act like tryhard in making you care for the characters.

It's time to admit that Nintendo is a shit company that dumps on all their fans. Nintendo could easily produce enough of these consoles to go around, but they don't because artificial scarcity and fake shortages benefit the company more than selling this little plastic box.
They use the shortage hysteria to generate massive amounts of free press. Millions of dollars worth of free advertising that they could never normally afford. This artificially inflates the value of the Nintendo brand, bumps up their stocks and even raises the exposure level for their other products, and the reason they're able to get away with this scam because their fans are such gullible suckers.
Nintendo hates you, but they're grateful for the free PR.
