Not sure if you're still around, OP, but the first few things you mentioned (scratching both sides, standing on cracks) seem to be pretty common behavioural quirks that most people have experienced at some point, I remember doing this sort of thing myself at times, but they're also somewhat associated with autism. The issue with standing\touching certain surfaces is also associated with autism. Go sit some autism tests and perhaps look at the diagnostic critera and\or see a doctor.

They don't sound too severe, though, so maybe you just need to work on disrupting these habits?

depression and anxiety. Chemical imbalance primarily. I take meds that keep me stable. For example, while I am on my meds I'm not really inhibited by anything and can think logically. I can just keep moving forward and accomplishing my goals.

Downside is I don't get natural feels of pride in my accomplishments because like I said before the meds keep me stable.

Seeing a psychiatrist was definitely the best decision of my life.

OCD/anxiety are the main issue for me. It's a big problem. Occasional depressive episodes. Could be diagnosed as schizoid personality disorder but it doesn't really make a difference. Exclusive paraphilia. Severe delayed sleep phase disorder.

Also happens during lectures and in the church, it doesn't need to be an eye contact, just feeling other people eyes on you. Also once it starts I just get into full panic mode and just want to run.
