What illnesses do you have? How have they impacted you?

I have BPD from my mother, I was put in very abusive "special needs" schools and on top of a divorce it all fucked me up.

And after my girlfriend of 2 years cheated on me I developed MDD.

I've been a NEET ever since that. No motivation in the slightest.

depression and anxiety. Chemical imbalance primarily. I take meds that keep me stable. For example, while I am on my meds I'm not really inhibited by anything and can think logically. I can just keep moving forward and accomplishing my goals.

Downside is I don't get natural feels of pride in my accomplishments because like I said before the meds keep me stable.

Seeing a psychiatrist was definitely the best decision of my life.

OCD/anxiety are the main issue for me. It's a big problem. Occasional depressive episodes. Could be diagnosed as schizoid personality disorder but it doesn't really make a difference. Exclusive paraphilia. Severe delayed sleep phase disorder.
