I am always telling men to check their T levels, but you might also have a pituitary or even hypothalamic issue. Your body might not have made enough of a hormone called Human Growth Hormone during an issue in puberty. A competent endocrinologist will be able to explain better. There are simple blood test they can do that will measure your HGH levels and tests to ensure your endocrine system is ok. The 6 inch wrist circumference is the big tell to me - unless you are 5'2" and east asian.
