There was literally nothing wrong with this game.
A bit dated (came out late 2003), and has a very noticeable bias towards Porsche and Ferrari, but otherwise its a really solid racing game and has killer tunes.
Plus, Geometry Wars.

Play the original!
You start with a Miata and it'll take you through much of the game just fine.

This is the definitive /o/ game.

Post your rigs faggots. This week can't end soon enough. Got a big camping 4x4 weekend planned so excited it's finally warm out again.
>>14646071
Thoughts on the suzuki samurai? Can get them for pretty cheap and I was thinking about adding a true beater to my line-up. Cars you don't give a shit about fucking up are the best cars.
About to buy an xterra tomorrow. Looking forward to having a real 4x4. My IS300 will finally quit being abused on dirt roads it has no business on.

Oh ok.
ITT: Post your trucks, your dream machines etc. Discuss all things truck.
Pic related, it's my 2003 shitmobile before she got new shoes.
>implying pre 2007 GM trucks aren't the best fullsize pickups
Just finally got my truck a week ago. Steal of the year. 03 F-150 4x4 with 156k and a five speed. Most solid frame I've seen on an old truck in Pa. Drives like its new. $1500
I'm sure your a cool guy op, but Ford is the only way to go. Nice truck though.

98 24v Dodge Cummins
I've taken it across the country twice and treats me well.
I enjoy it's light modification but it's wide tires kill my power steering and ball joints occasionally but I think it's worth it lol

I like trucks of all sizes except for Dodge, because they look poopy.
I just like muh Vortecs

Ford Fiesta is largely becoming the autist's car of choice, I see so many retarded looking weeb faggots driving around in these things...truly pathetic. The worst are the ones with a FiST, they think it's some kind of race car and rev the shit out of their tiny little bitch cars at every opportunity.
Then they get blown off by some mom in a crossover kek.

So an update for adVentura: Went and saw the New Yorker. Exterior is a bit mossy, floor pans and trunk appear to be solid as does the gas tank. Engine spun free so I ran a softline to a gas can from the fuel pump. No start, but it did crank. Ran my little inline fuel pump to the can, dumped a little gas in the carb got it to start but the engine needs overhauled as it was smoking very badly (smelled like a head gasket). So at minimum, I'm looking at a rering kit, new gaskets, and a fuel pump to get it running. Can't confirm the condition of the tranny, but it is engaging when I put it into gear (engine stalls when put in gear, combination of barely idling and possibly a voltage regulator, very common). BUT, it is his I'm glad to say and am talking to my sister on what we want to do. I left a deposit with the old lady who has is and she wrote me a receipt saying shed hold it for a month if needed. Working on a price offer as well.
In other news, my 512 is just not in a good way. After sitting in the driveway, I went to go start her up and it was.... Odd. It cranked for half a revolution and then almost felt like it was binding. Carb was due for a rebuild anyway so I pulled it and found a bad float..... And a wood screw in the carb. I have never opened up this carburetor as it was claimed rebuilt and looked to be so. Now, my worry is something dropped into the intake and has gotten imbedded in the piston. I have another stock 440 if the 512 is trash, but I don't want to lose my 300 ponies. On a slightly brighter note though, I do have a spare set of pistons for the 512, but I will lose some compression (I run -1 flat tops, these are -6 dished I had from my first 528 stroker).
So it's one of my greatest classic dreams to build a first gen Pontiac Tempest coupe with the front sheet metal and trim from a first gen Buick Skylark and the trunklid and rear lights from a first gen Oldsmobile Cutlass because the boxy Skylark ass with the broken up side notch around the rear wheel well looks worse than the other two, but its front is utterly fantastic and an almost obscene compact homage to jet age styling.
Turns out someone very nearly beat me to it, only with an Oldsmobile Cutlass for the base. Looks very neat, but I'm guessing the curved metal behind the rear wheel will be even more pronounciated on a Tempest without the extended rear bumper cutting through it. Also the Tempest had some extra chrome finlets on the rear fenders. Glad it fits nicely together though.
>>14642591
Aforementioned Pontiac rear with said chrome finlets, making the ass look far more fin centric and less rounded off.
>>14642605
The Cutlass on the other hand lacked the finlets, but in return had a trunklid without grooves that's just a better looking smooth curve from side to side, also instead of single slot shaped tail lights in a car colored housing it had double round tail lights in a chrome housing that are easier to turn into jets with bullet lights, though I'd recess them by about a third of the length so they'll actually look like jets coming out of a hole.

I think the regular non-Club wheels on the ND look so much better than the tryhard BBS porcupine Club wheels

I agree but I don't like the look of the ND too much anyway

So I have some new neighbors moving next to me and they complained about my cars in my driveway, I cant tell them to go fuck themselves because I live with my parents currently and we rent.
I live with them right now because I tore my pcl and broke my ribs and can't do shit currently.
Anyways the assholes said they are gonna make a formal complaint to the city and my landlord is being a cunt.
My long term project is under a tarp and apparently thats a no-no.
They have a giant plastic enclosed canopy to house their boat and I think I am just gonna do the same for my vehicles.
Any advice or canopy owners who could point me in the right direction would be great.
I was hoping to find something flat that could fit under my carport but apparently they dont make them, might have to make one myself.

How many vehicles are parked at your parents rented home OP?

Don't park shit in the lawn you fucking redneck.
This sounds like the pasta. Along with the image.
Awfully familiar
Greetings /o/.
tl;dr: Graduated, starting new job soon, need a new (used) ride, only have a few days to buy, don't know -much- about cars outside of the 80's starter pack.
My needs: Something with AWD/4x4, $5-10k, 50-150k miles. Manual transmission is important but I've recently realized this is actually pretty difficult to find.
Local Options:
---------------------
Jeep Liberty (blue) 2003, manual, ~$8,000, ~140k mi. if I remember. Smells like dog, maybe I can talk them down some monies.
Jeep Liberty (White) 2002, auto, "limited", ~$8,000, ~140k mi. Looks good inside and out.
Jeep Grand Cherokee (green) 1996, auto, "limited", ~$7000, 50k mi. Bumper cracked in several spots, not sure of history. Inside tech looks really good for '96.
2008 CR-V, ~100k miles, $10k.
Jeep Cherokee Classic, $6000, 2000, ~140,000 mi, auto
I found a few Subi WRX on craigslist but I'll probably have to finance or get a loan, and I'm not sure if buying from a private owner is a good idea. Any help is appreciated; I'm not getting as much help from my folks as I wished.
Honestly I'm pretty disappointed by how few manuals are on the market. I don't think I can drive an automatic for the 4-5 years I'm planning on having this vehicle.
>>14705108
Does it has to be a jeep?
>>14705119
No, but I tend to like the looks of them better than others like CR-V or RAV4.
>looks
I know I know, I just don't know much about different cars so this is all I have to go from.
>>14705108
Do you already have a car?
>be in fight with gf yesterday
>driving slowly down residential street
>she forcibly slams my gear shift into park as vehicle is moving
>car has small heart attack
>looking for a clutch pedal to stop this madness
>mfw I forgot I drive an automatic
I "broke up" with her after she did that, but we're still together today.

>slam into park

You don't even own a car, do you?
why did she do that?
can you even break a modern auto tranny by doing that? I remember I shifted into R while going around 100kph with my ex Audi auto "multitronic" tranny, literally nothing happened, the car was rolling like in neutral.
she a schizo? what kind of a retarded bitch she is randomly touching driver's controls?
I like that Lincoln is making a comback with the MKZ and continental but what the fuc is this???
Official Mini Manlet car.
A concept. You are aware of the concept of concepts, right?

I am aware

This nut is holding the wheel on the back of my Ruckus in place but it's stuck so tight that not even an air wrench can open it. Is it just stuck or is that silver ring (half-ring?) on the threading some kind of safety device? Does anyone know how to remove it? I already spray it in WD40 every day but it seems to be persistent in not wanting to be unstuck.
Also Wrenching Thread I guess.
>>14703044
What an axle nut? Don't they have a pin in them to stop them from moving?
>>14703057
Wel, you can see on the picture that there's basically nothing else there. That's the view you get when you dismount the exhaust and look right at the wheel.
>>14703044
That's just a lock nut, the metal ring bit inside keeps it from coming loose and the wheel falling off and you dying.
Spray it with PB Blaster then give it hell
What possible performance upgrades could I make to this 1985 Mazda 323 with a 1.5 litre carburettor engine?
