I wouldn't even put a fram on a lawnmower. Wix/Napa Gold or Mobil1 is all I'll use.

go buy a fram and i 100% assure you thats standard fram quality
What happens when Teslas run out of power on the side of the highway?
Petrol:
>hello AAA? Bring gas pls.
>k
>15 minutes later
>here's a gallon
>thx bye
Electric:
>hello AAA? bring batteries and usb charger pls
>"sorry sir we don't do that"
>w-what about a tow?
>"sure thing, that will be $200. pls wait 1 hour for nearest tow truck."
LOL. Apparently it's becoming more and more common. Those range estimates aren't as accurate as people thought they were especially in EVs. Weather plays a huge role in range. So does anything you use in the car - music, air con, headlights. And the range is 300mi at best, about half the distance of a base entry bmw or benz.
Is Tesla the biggest failure on the market next to the BRZ/FRS?
>>15782670
batteries and a usb charger wouldn't even work
you'd need a tow to a charging station
even a gas generator would take ages to give you a significant amount of range
>>15782676
>batteries and a usb charger wouldn't even wor
thatsthejoke
Not like he can log around a charging station or a huge ass battery.
Use some of the 800 horsies that they make to haul around like 1500lbs of battery, instead of just using it to dick around and impress nu males with your 0-60 times
You ask, "Why do cyclists disobey traffic controls all the time?"
Because the rules were made for cagers and they only benefit cagers.
If a cyclists disobeys them it doesn't matter in 99% of cases, that's why we do it. A cyclist doesn't pose a risk to a cager when he runs a red, when a cager does it he risks peoples life. Huge difference.
That being said, I personally do it on purpose, it's called civil disobedience. I don't accept your stupid rules so I refuse to respect them.
Here's a shocker for you OP; Rules are just that, rules, Somebody invented them, they're not the fucking law of the universe. Running a red is my personal way of telling everyone in a car that they're fucking stupid.
>>15777961
Well if cagers acted like you (and many do) then one day hopefully you'll get clobbered in an intersection. Then you'll get your very own ghost bike displayed for a few days till it gets confiscated and sent to the dump.
Life will go on, and nobody will remember your bold rejection of societal norms and common decency.... They'll just remember some idiot on a fixie who thought he was a messenger and got killed.
If you want to use the road, follow the rules of the road.

Here's your (You).

If no one is going I don't always stop. I'm not oblivious when I ride. My girlfriend waits in line with traffic and it seriously pisses me off.
>oh sure, I'll come by to see the car at 5pm. BTW im bringing my uncle along to take a look at it. hes an expert mechanic.
>oh this is a manual? I can't drive that! You should have said something
not everybody is a car enthusiast that has knowledge about cars.
get over yourself
If you don't bring at least one (other) car-educated person to inspect a vehicle before you buy it you're retarded.
Why does /o/ despise Audi and/or VAG in general?
>>15780468
Glorified VW, over complicated, over priced, driven by douche farts.
>>15780468
Would like to know this too. Im curently looking at new a4 quattro tdi with 190hp. Since im europoor this would be best compromise between power and fuel economy. Every review says its a good car, not really sure why o hates it.
>>15780575
/o/ is mostly americlaps and their german market is made by mexicans, also german cars are fucking expensive, so /o/ hates everything thats not japan or US
/o/, What's you next planned car purchase?
I really want to find a clean Mazda 323 GTX, and do a familia front end conversion, or better yet a Familia GTX I could import.
It's basically a Mazda WRX with a turbo 1.8 engine and AWD, and it only weighs 2600lbs.
Dat ass
Something Jap that's FR
I'm jumping on the meme and getting an E30 325i.
I've always gone with AWD, so looking for a fun RWD toy, and a good project. Setting aside money for it, and waiting for the right one.
>parents bought me a car for my 18th birthday
>it's a challenger
>it's a v6
>it's an automatic
>it's used, low mileage but it's still used

Gunna get one of these as an ol' reliable. Did the 90s models come with a diesel?
>>15777929
Want a diesel for reliability factor (doesn't need battery for operation).
>>15777939
>doesnt need a battery for operation
Pray tell how the fuck you gonna start it without a battery? Diesel powered starter?
>>15777956
No, but the engine won't be fucked if the battery dies, I can jump it, then go to a store.
>>15777951
Original only. No supercharger because this is reliability, not playtoy.
Are Rota replicas really as unsafe as people make them out to be?
Look at them. Just look.
Imagine what happens when you make them out of tin cans and stick a car on them.
>>15776674
No, it was one or two batches that had major issues.
Otherwise they are average and probably meet whatever basic standards there are.
>>15776716
You trust the Chinese that much?
>>15775230
Very different cultures and very different cars built for very different things. I like both, honestly.
Let's hear /o/ pronounce Renault

I'm thinking of picking one of these up. Any AW11 owners care to chime in on their ownership experiences?
How's the maintenance? How expensive/hard is it to find parts? Is it relatively easy to live with it on a day to day basis?
>>15772181
All AW11 owners died in snap oversteer accidents. if you see posts from owners, they are internet ghosts.
>>15772181
it's slow as fuck
>>15772204
It's fun as fuck
I'm a Matco man myself. What brand of tools do you like using? Do you have a preference?
