Alright guys, for some of you it might be obvious but its my first car winter so:
My car hasnt been really ran since 2 weeks (no gas money, poor student with no income, laugh at me) and since then temperature has dropped to about -5°C (23 fahrenheit). The car has been sitting outside for the whole time.
Today i went for a ride and the car made some weird sounds sometimes, some like ice cracking, some plastics rattle, some suspension/exhaust clunks. The ride also has been a bit jerky.
Is it normal for a car to be "shittier" at winter?
My car is a '98 daewoo tico, but i doubt that it has any importance here.
Pls help /o/

Now that ain't shit son. If it's not the engine sound that's at fault (just start the car and let it warm for a while, if engine changes sound then that might be the problem) then there might be something damaged.
I own a '00 Daewoo Matiz and haven't noticed any funny noises so far, and I've had worse temperatures.

CVT aside, why do cross overs get so much hate? Personally I think they are good for what they are and that is mostly affordable , roomy cars to get you around. If you want specialty save up and get that too and have fun on the weekends.

They're massive on the outside and yet they have no room in the interior. I'm only 6'1 and my head touches in the front and back seats of pretty much every one.
It's a shame we don't have more wagons in North America, they do the job of a crossover so much better.

Just won a 2017 grizzley 700 fully loaded with big beefy tires plow and winch at a Christmas party.
The bike was $15000 canadian after tax.
I have an offer on it for $10000 best offer I had on it after a week
I make 60 -70 k a year
I have 7000 in credit card debt I'm slowly paying off
With car payments and other bills and habits I'm not putting much away in the bank.
I want a house in 2017
I have 15k in rsps I can use towards my first house.
if you were in my shoes would you sell the bike and put it on the debt and keep 3k for what ever and use the rsps for the house
sell the bike and use the 10k on a down payment don't use rsps and pay off debt slowely
keep the bike use rsps for house slowly pay off debts

Basically my folks are buying me a car. I'm almost 25 and they are insisting they get me one, and I am very honored. They have good relations with the Honda dealers in our town because they just bought one super recently and have family works who work their. They really want to go new and say it isn't an issue but I can help but say to just buy a based used certified one. Anyone have experience with Hondas? What's good to get. Basically all I care about is gas and room. I believe Honda started to use CVT'S after 2014 so lets look at models from 2012-2014 so I can avoid the mystery that is the CVT. For reference I have also looked at Hyundai plantar touring's as well as that mazda van wagon thing. Most importantly I really don't want them to be burdened with any kind of high dealership fees or anything. I'm still kinda uncomfortable with them making such a large purchase for me.

What's with this trend of people removing their Spoilers off of their 90s Japanese cars.
It's something I have been seeing a lot of these days.
Is it some counter culture shit where riceboys used to love their over the top Spoilers and body kits that now they think they are 'above' it and removing them makes them look more 'mature'. You know because the typical ricer was made fun of over the past years.

I knew a guy who scored a transam with 70k miles, but a rebuilt, upgraded 350 hp engine and transmission with 2500 miles on it. He got it for 1800$.
Hooked the fuck out of it, never put oil in it, and seized the engine within 3 weeks of ownership and scrapped it. He is a mechanic and was in trade school when this happened
