can you bring a car in for a recall if the title is not in your name?
i have this pathfinder i bought knowing the strut towers were rusty and its under recall for it so i dont know if i have to just get the title switched to my name or i actual have to register it. thanks

Yes, the recall is about the car, not about the owner.
If you have the recall letter or your car is eligible for a recall, they will fix it for you.

What do you guys think of the 1948 Tucker Torpedo? One of the rarest cars on earth with 51 built and only some of them still around today. Very unique and ahead of its time but damn do I feel bad for the guy that made it and dreamed about making it his whole life only to get shafted.

I'm heavily considering buying a 2008 Impala SS.
Give me all the reasons I shouldn't, aside from FWD.
It comes stock with a 5.3L V8, that makes 303hp. I'll admit I know next to nothing about cars when it comes to modifications of any kind. I want to pull as much power out of it as possible, and maybe increase the gas mileage to help with longer trips. I know the 4 speed automatic that comes stock with all Impalas of this generation isn't the best, but it'll do.

You won't piss your money away modifying a fucking FWD shit heap just because it got a V8 and was badged as an "SS".
You still get 300hp, you get better gas mileage, a better transmission, etc.
