I was thinking of lightly tinting the headlights of my Mk2 Golf (single headlights), as is the trend with certain older cars. Is this a bad idea? Is yellow the best colour to go with?

Hey /o/. I first wanted to say thank you to those who posted on my previous thread when I was inquiring about buying an ae86 in Japan, and I apologize for not replying back. I've decided I will buy one over here in Cali. For ae86 owners, how difficult is to maintainn an ae86? I would like to here some first- hand experiences of dealing with a potential money pit. it's confusing because I hear both claims " oh the car is so reliable" and "the ae86 is a money pit." Of course it depends the initial (lmfaolol!) condition of the car when you buy it. But regardless, I'd like to hear what ya'll gotta say. Also, I have no experience with fixing cars whatsoever.

As stated, Google did not provide much help when I searched the error code or the error message. It gave me numerous different possibilities, each costing more money. I'm attempting to resolve this without having to go to the dealership that wanted $600 to change my headlight bulbs.

Have people completely forgotten how to haggle/negotiate deals? Every single fucking time I list a car or something car related for sale I get retards right off the bat saying shit like:
