What's /o/ opinion about the new Suzuki Swift?
>>16348497
Oh dear
>>16348497
it would be cool if it was RWD but it's not
Suzuki still exists?
It's a terrible thing, and it sucks to replace.
WHATS THAT A WATER NOSE
Why dont they just put electric waterpumps on these days?
>>16347748
if the pump is going to be placed near a belt location, but not have it driven off it? it's not like you ever need the pump turned off
>you can't
>>16345642
also the former came with a 5 speed manual. I mean they were rare but the later never came with a 5 speed manual

Do all Civics made after '88 have all independent suspension?
Anyone have those pictures of those hot traps stepping on some /o/tists cars and stuff?
The ones that said they weren't traps and got offended. With really shitty photography.
I forgot to save them.

Alternatively, post 90s aesthetics I guess
They are not traps

I've been testing cars for the past month and at this point I'm leaning towards a 2017 Camaro 2SS with Magnetic Ride.
So now you get to do what you guys love to do best and rip this car apart and tell me every valid reason I should not buy this car.
By which I mean, I'm not looking for things like "don't buy new" or "x manufacturer is better". In other words, I'm looking for criticisms of this specific car only.
Thanks lads.
Some other tidbits:
>I have gotten "track" time on one so I know how it handles beyond highway and surface road driving. Mustang was more fun because it requires more driver input, but the Camaro felt like the better car and had more precise handling.
>The visibility, while better in other cars, has been 'fixed' in this generation and depends largely on seat position. Biggest issue I had was backing up (reverse camera makes up for it a bit) and I passed a sign that I tried to double take on and couldn't see because it was above my roof line sooner than expected. Blind spot monitoring is a big help and will be in the car I buy.
>Aftermarket modifications seem much more expensive, and much harder to do than on a Mustang for example.
>Exterior, while a step up from previous gens, is kind of gaudy. I much prefer the exterior of an S550, but the interior of the Camaro is lightyears above comparable cars.
>asking for advice on a GM from /o/
Son, you dun goofed.
>>16355653
Better than asking for it on a Camaro forum or somewhere they think the car is an infallible gift from god.
I *want* people to shit on it as much as possible to see if any points that get brought up are enough to sway me away from buying.
There are no real negatives, the Camaro (especially the ZL1) is the best value in performance cars right now.
Hell, a regular SS 1LE keeps up with an M4 GTS, which is a track-oriented monster with a massive wing and horrendously stiff suspension. Meanwhile the Camaro can easily be daily driven.
Ok /o/, I need help deciding.
I'm currently looking at two LS 430s. Both are ultra luxury edition. The first one is a 2002. I'm not a huge fan of the silver exterior but the black interior looks very clean and very nice. The other option is a 2004. This one has a very pretty dark blue exterior plus in 04 lexus restyled the exterior and shaved some of the jowls off the car, making it look it much better. However, the interior doesn't look as clean and is the uglier (to me) beige color. Both have similar mileage.
Also the 04 has some features over the 02, the biggest being a 6 speed transmission over a 5 speed. Others include rearview camera, heated and cooled seats (02 only does heated) and maybe some other small stuff that I don't care much about.
The 04 would obviously be the better choice but fuck me if the black interior doesn't look nice. Literally the only reason I can't decide is because of the interior. I know that sounds dumb but I figure if it's something I'm going to sit in everyday then I need to really really like it.
The 04 is about a grand more and sold by a private seller while the 02 is sold by a dealer. I would be paying in cash so I'm sure I could get the dealer to lower his price and the other dude has had his car up for almost a month now so I'm sure I could also haggle a bit with him.
I will be dailying this and I feel like I would be happy with both, I just don't want to buy one and think to myself maybe I should have gotten the other.

I like the 2004 better. Smoother transmission, updated features and styling. Tan sort of sucks but it's not that bad.
>>16355561
Yeah I think I might go with the 04. I'll just have to get used to tan

What is this shit under my car /o/?
What's wrong with it?
>>16355477
It's just molting, that's normal at this time of the year for a younger car.
>>16355479
It's a 2004. It also started smoking from oil somewhere when I turn it off
this is bird's car now

Worst interiors thread?
Whats the worst looking interior you've ever seen/been in?
I'll start;
Dodge Caliber. Just a nasry mess of hard plastic and shitty seats. Made worse by the ugly colour trim you can order.
>wow such future
>>16355245
Whoa now, I have that civic(not the shitty two spoke steering wheel) and it's the best car i've ever owned.
>>16355245
