I might soon be getting an apprenticeship that involves fixing 2 stroke engines, I know how they work but is there any other advice for fixing them?

If a CB500 can go to a track and be faster than the liters, you can on your sports tourer.

For me, Jeff Gordons rainbow warrior sums up my childhood. Angsty teenage days, I loved black with yellow trim. Now I still like bright colored race cars. Dislike black or mostly black cars.

Don't buy a bike you don't like.
That being said if the price is right you can buy it now for dirt cheap and promise everyone here at /dbt/ to not crash it.
Then, while you're saving up for a bike you really want you can ride your new Harley.
Then you can sell the Harley and buy the bike you want.
Pro tip: Make sure your plan to eventually sell it is known to your dad and uncle or whatever. You don't want them angry at you and you should keep it and at least pretend to love it so they don't think you're just flipping it.

europoor here. everyone here keeps memeing about bmw being insanely unreliable. but here in naziland, diesel bmw's are considered to be goat autobahn commuters. petrol engines are rarely bought, but all the 530d you see for sale have done 200-400kkm, e39 530d are not rare to be seen with 500k miles on them. having owned 2 530d (e39, e60), and a 535d (f10), i still dont get the unreliability meme.
>>17168847
*500kkm , not miles ffs
>>17168847
They are reliable just expensive as fuck to repair and maintain
>>17168853
Not OP but this one is even more of a meme to me. Ever heard of a junkyard?
Is there a way to modify, say, a 2015+ Mustang so that a 6'0"+ person could lay down relatively flat?
I know that some cars have the ability to fully recline the seats (in some cases, the raised backseat in coupes prevents this), but would there be a way to remove a seat and set up a relatively-flat platform in the car?
tl;dr RWD sub-3800lbs sports cars that a tall person could lay down in

Yes, first step is to not take out loans on vehicles you can't afford and thus have to sleep in.
>>17168551
Short naps and such.
So, any useful info?
The car you're looking for is a truck. Otherwise just buy a tent you fucking mongol.

>has respect for the owner of the vehicle for turning a cheap simple and slow car into a nice creation that took a lot of money time and knowledge
I would be so excited if this happened.

Dealership wants 13 I guess. She's trying to bring them down to 11. I don't know. I'm trying to do schoolwork and she's insisting on buying a car right now today.
>>17168186
Tell her you're intent on doing your schoolwork so you don't make stupid decisions when you're her age.

Does anybody else think the R35 is an ugly car?
Why didn't they just stick to the small body shape of the R34?
Not as ugly as a corvette
Does anybody else think the R34 is an ugly car?
Why didn't they just stick to the small body shape of the R33?
The r35 looks HUGE. If only seen them in white, but it looks absolutely gigantic.
Which tyre has the prettiest tread pattern?
Goodyear Aquatread
Do people actually buy tires just for the tread pattern?

My camry is about to hit 10 years old and I'd like to get something newer but I don't know what?
What is something reliable, fuel efficient that has a 5 star safety rating for my kids?
>>17166948
Get one of those Jeep thingies. They're big and must be ultra safe because they can go anywhere offroad.
>>17166959
>Jeep
>Reliable
>>17166948
Which one is the camry, is that the taxi one?
So, I've noticed Honda and Toyota get their fair share of memeing that they're deadly reliable and can never go wrong, but what about Nissan? You rarely hear about them in terms of the reliability aspect.

Old Nissans are not. I've had multiple Nissans from the 70's 80's and 90's and all of them were finicky little cars, but I still personally love them.
I've never owned any car newer than 1999 so I can't tell you about modern ones.
From my own personal experience, old hondas are more reliable, take harder beatings, and their parts are so much cheaper in comparison to Nissan. I only have owned two Toyotas so I can't speak for them really.
>>17166767
They used to be. Prior to Renault / Ghosen
Peak Nissan reliability was probably mid to late 90's. They were probably about equal to Honda reliability at that time with the exception of the more daring vehicles like the 300ZX, etc
You couldn't kill the sentras or Maximas of that era, and the pathfinders were real tanks
