I don't know how it is in other countries,

But where i live, military service is mandatory, unless you can prove you're autist or got a leg missing.

I'm interested in knowing this too. I've heard many cases of guys going into the army then breaking up and geting on HRT as soon as they get out. Maybe they we're waiting for the military service to end, after all it would be worthless to take mones then need to stop.

Susan's has been around forever. While I do honestly think some of the things they say are ultimately harmful to transgenders it's still at least a site that exists and provides information.
It has always seemed to cater to older people though. Older crowds are less likely to be internet savvy and for the longest time Susan's was like web 1.0 well into the late 2000's. You could practically browse it on MSDOS lol
