Susan's has been around forever. While I do honestly think some of the things they say are ultimately harmful to transgenders it's still at least a site that exists and provides information.
It has always seemed to cater to older people though. Older crowds are less likely to be internet savvy and for the longest time Susan's was like web 1.0 well into the late 2000's. You could practically browse it on MSDOS lol

It is somewhat annoying how they are really really really into gatekeeping and extremely anti-self medding despite the fact that they all whine about their appearances deteriorating because they couldn't get doctors to help them sooner. I'm not sure if that's just a rule out of keeping the site within legal limits, but their members really take it to heart.
