I really do. The first reviews show 480 to be worse than an ebin 970 3,5 meme. And it overclocks like shit, temps are over the roof, non-reference cooling won't help that much

i5 4690 3,9 -> 4,3
ram 1600->2133
r9 390 1010->1080
and i see no difference in gaming performance.
and a slight performance in benchmarks (as in 1/3%)
is this normal? or am i doing something wrong?

Probably wont see much of a performance increase with such a light OC. My i5 6600k runs 3.5 stock and didnt see much of a performance boost till I hit 4.8. But even then we are talking 10-15fps with exception of GTA V where it made a huge difference. Ive got a r9 390 as well but it does'nt OC that well.

Is Technology Really Getting Better? While it's specializing in certain areas has anybody noticed it's getting worse at everything else even things technology was once good at?
For example I just tried uploading a 256 color pic to /g/ and it failed to upload. Have you noticed you can't play old videos games on new operation systems?

My mouse cursor is all fucked up, it has little lines in it, and isn't clicking where it should. This happens sometimes, and it usually goes away after launching a program, but it isn't. How can I fix this?

I'm going to buy a 480 at 6AM PST sharp and there's nothing you can do about it. I play games at 1080p and 60fps, and I want to try VR, so the 480 meets all of my needs for only $200.
If this makes you salty, then so be it. I'll be enjoying everything I want to enjoy at the best price point possible. ;)
