hi /g/, I'm in college and I'm officially retiring my old laptop, so I need a new device for all my school shit and I would like some guidance

my budget is $200 at most, and I'm thinking of either getting a tablet (and buying a bluetooth keyboard case for it) or one of those PC tablets with an included keyboard attachment

display/speaker quality isn't a priority, I just want something between 8" and 10.1" with a decent quadcore processor and good build quality so it can last me at least 4 years

so far my prospects are:
>samsung galaxy tab A, 8" or 9.7"
>lenovo TAB 2, 10.1"
>RCA cambio PC tablet, 10.1" (not sure what RCA's build quality is like, though)

any other options I should look into?
