I was thinking of getting new graphic card which is not expensive and is great for gaming since currently i have radeon hd 6570 (lol). I was thinking between r7 370 or r9 270?

Get a 370.

Every 270/270X you will come across is a flogged out GPU that spent 2 years mining bitcoins and the memory modules will attribute artifacts in games.

An rx 460 (~$115) and r7 370 (~$130) perform about the same. An rx 470 (~$190) is about twice as fast.
