it depends on what you are looking for, if you want budget but still fast AMD takes it while if you want expencive but high power stuff with a lot of oc capability go with Nvidia. i am an r9 390 user myself and i cant say i made the wrong decision on buying it

Actually, this is a commonly used hack on CS:GO. You artificially delay/drop outgoing traffic, but not incoming, so you get position updates for other players in a timely matter, but you only update your own position on the server to move in a jittery motion, making it harder for competing players to predict your movements and kill you.
