I'd say leave automatic updates turned off and compile a list of updates that you shouldn't install (such as KB2670838 (the one that breaks aero) and the Windows 10 spyware updates). Also, before you install any new ones, I'd say look up the updates before installing any of them in case there are anymore of the bad ones.

Microsoft is looking to scoop them up with open arms by filling Apple's old niche of expensive and beautiful computer workstations for creative work.
Everyone knows Photoshop runs better on Windows and the Mac version is literally just the windows version with a cocoa emulation layer on top.

get more/faster ram
disable pagefile to see if that helps, it will either solve the issue or make the games crash each time a stutter happens
basically those shitty programs are leaking memory and your program stutters every time your os writes to the pagefile
also moving your pagefile to ssd will reduce the duration of stutters, although wouldn't prevent them
it might also be some other thing youre running alongside those programs thats leaking memory

Make sure you completely uninstall old graphics drivers and then reinstall. I have a 270x and sometimes i have to reinstall drivers like 3 times before they work properly. I get the same symptoms youre having about half the time i update my drivers.

Because FOSS dropped the ball and never offered a robust way to richly view statistics about the users who visit your site. Google identified a vacuum and made a solution for it. Now we're stuck with it and there's no free software solution anywhere close to feature parity with Analytics.
