you could find CPF lists on emule, a shame 'whole folder tree desktop p2p' is dead, if the person does create a torrent or megaupload for that specific thing, youre not gonna easily find

anyway, on the last page of classified ads on printed newspapers you can see a note on people in "protesto em cartorio" with full name and CPF.

The paper "Out of the Tar Pit" explores the problems with imperative programming, and the advantages of functional/logic programming, pretty well. It's not exactly short at 66 pages, but it's an easy read compared to many academic papers.
