Giffgaff is trash. Even before they owned up to this policy they were traffic shaping and throttling, all the way from their tiered plans right up to the supposedly unlimited plans.

I moved to Three, coverage not quite as good but close, and speeds are outrageously high - 4G is faster than my home fibre broadband (40MB+). Made me so angry that I had stuck with giffgaff and their shitty speeds for so long
