Is this the ultimate jew """policy""" made by a company? I don't even get 256kbps, I get 30 and I got a warning for using around 200MB in 2 days, despite the fact they say it has to do with the "flow" and usage and not the amount of data I use.
Might change to Three. Would pay more and need to be on a 12 month contract, but at least I know it's truly unlimited, has full LTE coverage and free roaming in selected countries.

Giffgaff is trash. Even before they owned up to this policy they were traffic shaping and throttling, all the way from their tiered plans right up to the supposedly unlimited plans.
I moved to Three, coverage not quite as good but close, and speeds are outrageously high - 4G is faster than my home fibre broadband (40MB+). Made me so angry that I had stuck with giffgaff and their shitty speeds for so long

Nice, I guess that's what I'll do, then. I live in an accomodation block so I save money to buy a flat, therefore I can't have an ISP. But even when I buy the flat I guess I'll keep it and use my phone to tether. Less bills and less contracts.
