How do movie/ TV scenes do their 1080p HD rips nowadays now that iTunes closed the Requiem well?
Is there any way to get truly lossless DRM-free 1080p copies of things now, besides blu ray?
720p is still possible, but not ideal

I'm probably misusing lossless in that context, by that I meant "stripping the DRM without affecting the quality of the source file at all." Requiem could do that, everything else I've seen doesn't quite do it.

Alcatel-Lucent finally allows distribution of previously unreleased Research UNIX versions 8, 9 and 10.
UNIX-like operating systems as we know them today descended mostly from Research UNIX version 7. Versions up to 7 have been publicly available for a while now, but later versions, up to v10, were encumbered up until recently.
These files are of historical interest and are available on the UNIX Heritage Society website.

dont get SSD with 120GB because you wont be able to fit anything in there. managing space is bothersome and you should get something with 500GB or more if you want it to actually be worth getting.

My PC keeps breaking in different ways.
I was having problems opening large archives, ran memtest and saw that my RAM was dying with 200k errors or more.
My GPU suddenly started overheating, changed coolers, cleaned, everything and the GPU still running at 80ºC on a daily basis.
SMART decided one day that my 2TB HDD was dead, and so he died and I lost several archives.
My monitor pink-ish overlay on the left side that randomly comes and go.
My older CPU also used to overheat enough to shutdown the PC, randomly too.
The blu-ray driver doesn't read anything anymore.
And there is more...
This keeps happening, is there even anything that can explain this, or extremely unlucky?

That comment at the end of the article got me thinking, it is possible Intel intends to gradually move the K series away from the mainstream range. I see no differences between the 7700k and 7740k, other than the 100mhz jump in base clock, and the obvious socket change. There's no discernible change that would require a new socket, even the dual channel stays, not moving to quad, so this looks more like a market shift than anything else.
Thoughts?

When I press back after logging in, my browser loads the login form from its cache. How do I stop that?
My current solution is to set the Cache-Control response header to "no-store" when I serve the page, but I am not happy with that.
Supposedly, before the browser loads a page from the cache, it asks the server if the page is still valid. If not, it downloads the page from the server rather than loading it from the cache. So, how do I add custom checks to that server side validation? I am using Node and Express.
