Anyone got any ideas to fix this error message? I was getting it last night, computer was fine (internet was working) this morning, and now I'm getting the same problem
I'm running Windows 10, Intel Ethernet Connection(2) l219-V adapter and ASUS Z170-AR motherboard.

I need to come up with a self-ish contained wireless outdoor security camera solution. I'm not looking for major reliability/security, just something that I can set up and have a local always-on server record.
I would really like to not drill holes into my house to run wires as we are cinderblock built, so I want a WiFi camera. For power ultimately I want it to be solar. Solar doesn't have to be built into the unit, but some tips for a small solar panel setup and an appropriate battery would be handy. I live in Florida so sunshine and outdoor battery reliability is not really a factor.
Has anyone looked into this at all?

build a second cheap PC and store them there, you can stream the contents to any other pc even over a shitty connection. set up an sFTP server and you are set.
unless you live in some shit country like the US where ISPs get away with blocking that kind of usage.
in that case just rent a cheap server... 15$ a month buys you enough of a server anywhere in the world. just don't be retarded and don't rent shit off google or amazon.

Instead of shitting up this board with my questions, is there a website or tutorial I could read online that has a lot of the computer basics?
Not for hardware or software programming necessarily. I'm more interested in recommendations for what OS to run and things I should install for faster browser and download speeds. And any other basic tips for how to retain my privacy while online. Would it be weird to post an ad on craiglist and just pay some /g/uy to show me how to do these things in person?
In return, have a potato-quality picture of my doggo being offered a mouse.

As for OS try Linux out in a VM and see if you like it's ecosystem.
